Getting Started

How do I get started?

You need to complete 2 one hour ELEMENTS classes. These are scheduled by appointment and will be small in size so that we can see where you are in relation to flexibility and general physical fitness. CrossFit is a very safe and effective general preparedness program if you have the proper foundation and knowledge on how to execute each movement correctly.

In your session we will go over CrossFit basics, form and technique, and nutrition that will help to optimize your results. We will end with a WOD (workout of the day) of the skills you just learned to give you a taste of what a class will be like!

Choose a time that works for your schedule and show up! Since we are a new box, if there is not a time that you see that fits into your day, email and let us know what you would like to see and we will try to find 3 or 4 friends that could join you for a class. We offer 2 times a week, 3 times a week, and 4/unlimited times a week. The choice is yours! 3, 2, 1….GO!
